             Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be granted only if: 

            The product was not delivered. The file is corrupted or defective, and we cannot provide a working replacement. You were charged in error.

• Customized or personalized digital content.
• Delivery Issues If you do not receive your digital product within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us immediately.
